Passions!

   Besides dancing ballet, another thing that I really like to do is to play the piano. When I was a little kid my mom decided to buy a piano. I always went there and tried to play something, but since I didn´t know, I just played random notes and I thought it was too hard. One day my cousin came to my house and started playing the piano. I was amazed of how he played it. He was so good at it and the songs that he played were really cool. That day he taught me a song and it was the first song I learned to play in the piano and it is something that I will never forget. Consequently, after that day, I told my mom that I wanted to learn how to play the piano and later I started my lessons. I started at the age of 10. My piano lessons took place in a school of music and later on, since I moved to another country, I started lessons at my house.  Even though I lost a couple of years, I went back and started all over again. It was hard because I forgot most of the things I had learn, but I worked really hard, until I became as I used to be and even better. After various years of playing it became a passion. As I said before, I really like to play the piano and is something that I enjoy because it lets me get out all my frustration, in other words my emotions and relaxes me. In my opinion playing the piano is something easy and fun, if you really like it and you dedicate time to practice it. I take lessons once a week for one hour and I practice for the rest the week. Another thing that I work on is on getting the notes of songs that I like just by listening to them. Although is really hard, is something good because it helps you to improve in piano and later on that can help you to create music by yourself.  Because of all these reasons I like to play the piano and I hope that I can continue improving and becoming better at it every day.
